Free Inspection and assessment
A licensed contractor will do a inspection and assessment of any damages, leaks, or concerns. It’s vital to have your roof inspected by a licensed contractor, and not a salesman. With real world experience we can give you a professional accurate assessment. We will also inspect the entire roof and attic and give a detailed assessment report. This report will show all repairs necessary to fix the problem.
We work with all insurance carriers
If you have filed an insurance claim, or plan on filing a claim, we can work closely with your insurance carrier and adjuster. Dealing with insurance claims is one of our specialties at Ross Roofing. We will have a licensed contractor speak with your adjuster and will work diligently for your behalf.
Free Estimates
After providing a detailed inspection and assessment we can provide a free accurate estimate. If you have filed an insurance claim we can write an estimate for your insurance carrier. Insurance carriers use software called Xactimate to write their estimates. We use this same software and can maximize your claim using local adopted building codes, laws, and ordinances. By using the same software the insurance carriers use, and in lack of a better term we can “speak their own language”. We can get on the same page with them to resolve your claim.
